Eligibility

Open to Residents of Adams and Brown Counties age 60 and older living in the home needing the repairs. Must be homeowner of record or have recorded life estate or life lease with

household income at or below 50% of the County median income or at or below 200% FPL.

Utility bill,Lease or mortgage statement (Copy of mobile home title, Life lease/life estate including property tax statement, Proof of ownership),Proof of income (Copy of past two months worth of bank statements for all household members)
