IMMUNIZATIONS - INCLUDES TRAVEL CLINIC | CUYAHOGA COUNTY DISTRICT BOARD OF HEALTH

Provides immunizations for adults, children, infants at clinics throughout the agency jurisdiction. Those available include Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, Influenza, MMR (measles, mumps and rubella), vaccines against Mpox (aka Monkeypox), Pneumococcal vaccine and meningiococcal vaccine, Td/Tdap (Tetanus with Diphtheria and Pertusis), Polio, (for HPV) and HIB, as well as Rabies vaccinations when needed (primarily for those who handle at-risk animals routinely). A few sites also offer Chicken Pox, rotavirus (debilitating diarrhea) and shingles vaccinations (both for the Herpes Zoster virus). This is Yellow fever certified clinic.

Fee

Fixed Fee for each service, Medicaid and Medicare accepted. Accepts other third party health insurances also. No Infant or child up to age 18 denied vaccine for inability to pay.

Eligibility

Serves all ages. Childhood immunizations for those up through age 17. Individual vaccines may be age-restricted. Mpox vaccines for those aged 18 and over. Adults looking for individual childhood immunizations, such as measles, mumps, rubella (MMR) or chickenpox may be referred here.
