Description
Provides assistance to reintegrate clients into everyday life after a mental health crisis. Clients develop coping and social skills, work on their schoolwork with staff, and learn psychoeducation for long-term success. This program is ideal for children that recently completed inpatient or residential care or children that may need additional support to thrive.
