Senior residents of Austinburg, Geneva, and Ashtabula Township as well as southern Ashtabula County: Windsor, Orwell, Colebrook, Wayne, Andover, Cherry Valley, New Lyme, Rome, Hartsgrove, Trumbull, Morgan, Rock Creek, Roaming Shores, Dorset, Lenox, and Richmond.
