Trumbull County: Handicap accessibility, ie-grab bars, handrails, C02 detectors (safety items) Certain Towns/addresses in Trumbull, Mahoning, Columbiana and Ashtabula Counties: All above, plus ramps, furnace and water tank replacement (larger scale items)
