Eligibility

Open to residents of Boone, Campbell, Grant, and Kenton Counties who have a household income between 125%-200% of the Federal Poverty Level.

Contact the intake line by phone. Calls are answered in the order they are received.

Fees

There is no charge for the time spent on a case. If there are court costs, witness fees, or other fees Legal Aid will incur to handle a case, Legal Aid asks that clients pay them to the best of their ability.

Provides legal advice and representation in the establishment of custody when a child's physical and/or emotional safety is jeopardized. Also provides assistance when an individual is unreasonably denied parenting time and when continued denial jeopardizes a child's wellbeing.
