Individuals with disabilities and their family/caregivers, based upon the topic of the group and meeting all requirements and criteria in line with the goals and objectives of the group.
Office hours: Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm. * Appointments available and necessary during any federally and state mandated regulations. Scheduling intake appointment recommended. Program hours vary depending on program.

We are not multi-lingual, but if proper notification we will work to meet every accommodation possible to service our consumers.

Description

Peer Support Staff members with like disabilities who are living independently are always available to talk with and provide support for consumers. Problem solving in areas such as learning to use community services more effectively, adjusting to a newly acquired disability, or a change in living accommodation are only a few topics that can be discussed. Individual and group support through role models encourages consumers to seek ways to enhance their quality of life and to contribute to their communities.
