Application process
Central Intake Department 1430 S. High St., 4th Floor Columbus, OH 43207. Individuals interested in accessing any of Maryhaven’s Franklin County services can walk-in, Mon-Fri 8 am-1 pm, and meet with members of our counseling and nursing teams for a level of care assessment and linkage to the appropriate program.

Provides an Africentric residential extended care program (up to six months) for women recovering from substance abuse and mental illness, as well as their children. Offers culturally sensitive, holistic services that help build skills to become self-sufficient and addresses issues such as mental health, addiction, trauma due to abuse, family and relationships, body image, and relapses.
