Provides renters and homeowners the WeCare program. The program conducts a home inspection to identify safety and energy efficiency risks. Provides minor repairs or enhancements to homes based on inspection results, such as adding insulation, thermostats, LED bulbs, and energy-efficient water devices.

Eligibility
Open to customers who:
- have at least one month of services with Kentucky Utilities Company
- has not received WeCare services within the past three years
- are under 200% FPL guidelines or receives assistance from at least one federal or state program such as, LIHEAP, Medicaid, SNAP, Section 8, etc...
Note: if you are a renter, the Property Owner Consent form must be completed.
