Provides a Toledo Edison/FirstEnergy-sponsored program that helps to reduce electric bills and keep homes mor comfortable in both winter and summer. Depending on electricity usage, the program offers an in-home energy use evaluation and energy-saving home improvements that could include sealing air leaks in attic walls or foundations, attic and/or wall insulation, appliance testing and possible replacement, electric water heater inspection, and faucet aerators. Specific improvements are determined during home energy evaluations.
