Involuntary Commitments | Licking County Court Of Common Pleas

Civil involuntary commitments to state hospitals of citizens deemed mentally ill and/or developmentally disabled and at risk of harm to self or others are the responsibility of the Probate Court. Hearings must be held to determine the appropriateness and length of treatment.
