Eligibility

Open to Butler County residents who are Medicaid-eligible and are currently pregnant (at least 32 weeks gestation) or have a child under the age of 1.

Description

Provides support for expectant mothers and women with children. Neighborhood Navigators help connect individuals to appropriate services and care, such as WIC and home visiting, and provide other wraparound supports. Eligible participants may receive free baby items, including a portable crib/pack and play and diapers.
