Residents of Ottawa, Seneca, Sandusky, and Wyandot Counties. Individuals must be in recovery for mental health issues, mental illness, and/or substance use disorder. Must be 18 or older to be accepted as a member.
Will be advised. Member packet is available online at http://oakhouse-pc.org/member-packets. To become a member, download the file, fill it out, and return it to Oak House.
Mon 9am - 3pm, Tue 9am - 8pm, Thu 9am - 3pm, Fri 10am - 1pm. Closed to member activities Wednesdays and Fridays. Appointments only on those days.

Free to join and almost all activities, classes and groups are free. More expensive activities may require a nominal fee. All peer support services are free.

Description

Serves individuals recovering from and living with mental health issues, persistent mental illness and or substance use disorder. Services include open recovery meetings, peer led support groups, interest groups, educational, vocational and recreational programs and skill building classes classes and food bank. We also offer peer support services in the four counties we serve.
