Serves the general public, including older adults and individuals with disabilities.
Required documents
  • Individuals with a disability must complete an Americans with Disability Act (ADA) application.
  • Students must show a valid High School or College ID in order to pay the reduced rate.
  • Older adults must show an ID with age on it order to pay the reduced rate.
  • Veterans must show their Veteran ID card from the Lorain County Recorder's office in order to ride for free.
Hours
  • Generally available Monday through Friday from 6:00am to 6:00pm.

Application process
To Apply for Service: Individuals with a disability must complete an American with a Disability Act (ADA) application. Call Customer Service to request an application. To Schedule a Ride: Call the Scheduling Department for more information or to schedule a ride. Trips may be scheduled up to two (2) weeks in advance subject to availability. Riders should be ready within 15 minutes on either side of the scheduled time of pick up. Drivers are directed to wait no longer than two (2) minutes for each passenger pick-up.
Fees
Rates are subject to change, call to verify. Exact change is required; drivers do not carry change. Passenger Fares:
  • Adults - one-way trip ticket: $9.
  • Children 2 and Under: Free.
  • Veterans: Free with Veteran ID card from the Lorain County Recorder's office.
  • Children ages 3 to 12, High School or College students, senior citizens age 65 and over, and individuals with a disability - One-way trip ticket: $4.
