Center for Disability Services is permitted to act as a Social Security Administration's (SSA) Organizational Payee for individuals who receive Social Security or Supplemental Security Income (SSI). Taking great pride in the way we work to ensure the payee client is able to meet their needs, maintain their benefits, and teach fiscal responsibility. Clients have the right to choose which agency provides their payee services. Independent Life Skills (ILS) is available for individuals who receive payee services but do not receive homemaker and personal care services through the Licking County Board of Developmental Disabilities.
