Eligibility
- Serves eligible individuals in Summit County.
- Individuals who have phones through Lifeline are not eligible for another. If an individual has an unlocked phone, they can bring it to see if it will work with a StandUp Wireless SIM card.
Required documents
Physical photo ID (must not be expired) and statement of benefits (SNAP/Medicaid) if applicable.
