Eligibility
Clients must meet income standards, must own or rent their home, and provide proof of age or any disabilities, along with information to address specific needs.
Required documents
When submitting an application, you are required to bring in:
*Social Security Cards for everyone in the household *Heating and Electric Bill
*Last 30 days of income for everyone who receives income in the household
*If no Income- IRS Transcript may be required
*Upon submission of the application, more documents may be required
