Eligibility
Serves prenatal moms and infants and toddlers up to age three. Must enter the program before child is 6 months of age; family must be below 200% of federal poverty level and meet at least one risk factor. Some exceptions, please call for details.

Help Me Grow Home Visiting provides caregivers of children with support and education, while connecting them to important community resources that maximize their child’s health and development from conception to age 3. Family centered interactive visits are provided on a regular basis at a time convenient for the family. Home Visiting in Licking County is provided by Licking County Board of DD.
