- Current patients in need of a prescription refill should call 330-434-0110, extension 413. - Current clients: Call the office and press 1 for the free clinic, then 1 for scheduling. - New patient enrollment can call 330-434-0110 x 413. New patient forms can be found online at www.openm.org/health.

Fee

No fee for services received at the clinic. Patients may need to pay for specialized services if they are referred for additional treatment or testing outside of the clinic.

Eligibility

Serves residents of Summit County ages 18 to 64 without any type of health insurance. All specialty services are limited to current patients.
