Serves deaf individuals aged 3 and over who are residents of Cuyahoga, Geauga, Lake, Lorain, Medina, or Summit Counties. Groups are occasionally sponsored for families of deaf individuals who are mentally ill. Accepts Medicaid-eligible pregnant women.
Proof of insurance if applicable. Proof of income if sliding scale applies: variety of proofs accepted. Medicaid consumers residing outside Cuyahoga County may have to show additional proof to obtain coverage.

Provides counseling (individual and group), medication monitoring, and psychiatric disorder diagnosis and counseling. In addition, agency contracts with schools and other agencies to train staff on mental illness in deaf individuals. Works in collaboration with staff of other agency programs (children's and counseling programs) to serve client needs.
