The bus may arrive 15 minutes before or 15 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. Phone for information on getting a Transit Eligibility Card for reduced fee M-F: 7:30am-4:30pm (forms are also available on web site). Passengers must have exact fare, no change is available. When boarding the vehicle, place the fare into the farebox. Can accept payment via credit card - but must call first to set up an account. Those riding to the two stops outside the county must make their own arrangements with that county's public transportation system.

Fixed fee. 50% reduced rates available for: children ages 6-17, individuals with disabilities, and older adults age 65 or older. Children under 5 ride free with adult. Rides outside of Geauga County are double the fare.
