Application process
- A referral from a local agency is accepted, but not required. Access grant application online at: https://goodwillakron.org/mission-services/programs. - Applications can take up to 14 days to process. - If someone has difficulty with the grant or lacks web access, they can contact 2-1-1 and a staff member will assist with the grant application process. - Address questions to: [email protected].

Eligibility
- Serves residents of Medina, Portage, Summit, Richland, and Ashland counties. - Funds are available to households that cannot secure basic household items and clothing. Hardship, emergency situations and unforeseen circumstances are considered when a determination is made. - Assistance is limited to once every 12 months per household. - There are no guaranteed amounts, determinations are based on the funds available at the time.
