Application process

- A referral from a local agency is accepted, but not required. Eligibility

- Serves residents of Medina, Portage, Summit, Richland, and Ashland counties. - Funds are available to households that cannot secure basic household items and clothing. Hardship, emergency situations and unforeseen circumstances are considered when a determination is made. - Assistance is limited to once every 12 months per household. - There are no guaranteed amounts, determinations are based on the funds available at the time.
