Must file within 180 days of alleged discrimination. Call or walk in M-F: 8:00am-4:30pm to receive application. May also download complaint form from Internet site.

Eligibility
Takes complaints of alleged employment discrimination against businesses who contracted with the US government that originate in Ohio. Takes complaints from individuals only if they are US veterans or if they are disabled. Takes complaints that affect "classes" (groups) of women, minorities, etc. Will refer individual complaints of discrimination by federal contractors against women, minorities, etc to other federal agencies.
