CPC Mission Commission helps those in financial need of assistance with utility bills. Community members should first visit PICCA located at 469 East Ohio St. in Circleville or visit Job and Family Services located on 160 Island Road in Circleville to see if they can assist in any way. If neither PICCA nor Job and Family Services can help, community members can visit the church at 134 E. Mound St. on Wednesday mornings.
