Phone for information. After acceptance into the program, a Fire Inspector will go out to the client's home to install the box.

Fixed fee; Free for those who are in the Community Care Monitor Program or who are using a personal emergency response system such as LifeLine.
Eligibility
Residents of Bay Village who are in a situation where the use of a lock box may be needed, such as those with health conditions, disabled, and older adults who live alone.
