Co-pay, between $0 and $20, but no more than $20.

Eligibility

Children from birth through age 20; Families with incomes between 200% and 400% of the federal poverty level. Families over the 400% of the federal poverty level with much debt can also access the program, the agency will work with families on a case by case basis.

CLEVELAND HEARING AND SPEECH CENTER

Provides education, rehabilitation, and support for those with special communication needs. Includes speech-language pathology, audiology and services and a Community Center for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing as well as early intervention for babies with hearing loss. Offers sign language classes, assistance to stutterers, hearing screening and evaluation, hearing aids, and other assistive listening devices and technology to enhance communication.
