4-H Club | Boone County Extension Service

Offers a voluntary, informal education program for youth. Members work on a project of their choice related to animals, engineering, family/consumer sciences, health, plant, or social sciences. Members may also participate in camping activities, leadership conferences, awards programs, and community service activities.

Enrollment required. Printable enrollment forms are available online at https://boone.ca.uky.edu/4h-youth-development. Completed enrollment forms may be returned by mail, fax, or hand-delivery.

Fee

Kentucky 4-H clubs/groups do not have membership dues. 4-H activities may involve pay-as-you-go fees for participation in specific learning activities

Eligibility

Open to youth between the ages of 9-18 who reside in Boone County. Some clubs may have additional age restrictions for participants.
