Independent & Supported Living Community | Flint Ridge Nursing And Rehabilitation

Offers Independent Living and Supported Living services for individuals with a physician’s statement indicating their ability to live with full independence, or independence with an acceptable level of privately contracted or family member assistance. Independent Living Services include:

• An efficiency size, one large bedroom or two bedroom apartment.
• Daily breakfast meal served in the Community Center
• All utilities included (electricity up to $60 per month, satellite television, water/sewer, trash removal)
• Regularly scheduled social, recreational and fitness programs in the Community Center
• Free Laundry Room
• Once a week transportation to a local grocery store
• Once a week transportation to an area restaurant
• Wireless internet access in the community center.

Supported Living Services include:

• An efficiency size, one bedroom or two bedroom
• Three meals daily, delivered to the apartment
• All utilities included (electricity up to $60 a month, satellite television, water/sewer, trash removal), except telephone
• Regularly scheduled social, recreational and fitness programs in the Community Center
• Weekly housekeeping and laundry services
• Moderate, daily assistance with bathing and dressing
• A monthly Wellness checkup by a Registered Nurse, at the apartment
• An Emergency Contact device.
