Youth 13 through 19 who have substance use disorders; may also have a mental health diagnosis.
Client Birth Certificate, Social Security Card, Health Insurance Card, Medications List, Custody Documents, Collateral Contact Information (Legal, Medical) Proof of Residence Proof of Income Parent/Caretaker Driver's License/State ID.
Sessions are offered three to four times per week (typically two-three hours with average length of stay four-six weeks).
Phone for an appointment M-F: 9:00am-5:00pm or email anytime. In most cases, new clients will receive a substance use disorder assessment to determine the level of service needed (agency will accept recent assessments from outside agencies). If needed, language interpretation can be arranged.
Sliding scale; Third party payment accepted: Medicaid, Some private insurance; Financial aid available.
Ohio
Provides an intensive outpatient treatment program for youth with substance use disorder. Psychiatric and mental health services may be included if needed. Separate sessions for family members may be provided to help them understand the client's addiction and understand the treatment that is being provided. Services may be provided onsite and/or online.
