Eligibility

Parma residents who are 65 or older or 18 or older and disabled. Must own and live in a single family home with everyone in the house being 65 years of age or older or disabled. Total household income must not exceed $31,650 for one person, $36,200 for two persons, inquire for income limits for households of three or more. Generally, persons in this program live in a household of one or two persons and have no one who is able to do yard work.

Phone or walk-in for information or to receive an application M-F: 8:30am-4:30pm. Will begin taking applications for snow removal in October 1st and for grass cutting in March.
