Please bring the following items if possible: -- Photo ID. -- Proof of family income. -- Undergarments for five (5) days. -- Alcohol-free personal grooming/hygiene products. -- Prescription medications in original bottle with original label that includes doctor’s name, name of medication and dosage schedule. -- Socks, shoes, flip-flops or slippers (footwear is required at all times). -- Coats, jackets or sweatshirts depending on time of year.
