Eligibility
Must be a resident of Franklin County for a minimum of 90 days, and meet one of the eligibility requirements: be a dependent or survivor of the veteran; have veterans discharge under honorable conditions; be a current active duty member, be a Veteran with VA recognized service-connected conditions, been called to active duty by Presidential Order. Veterans must meet one of the category definitions under Section 5901 of the Ohio Revised Code (i.e. spouse, widow, widower, dependent eligibility determined by veteran status).
Required documents
