Monday - Friday: 9:00am to 4:00pm. If an individual calls after MMHA's business hours, a 2-1-1 agent will screen the individual for emergency services. The client will be contacted the same day by a MMHA staff member.

- Call Medina Metropolitan Housing Authority (MMHA), option 2, Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 4:00pm to be screened for assistance. - After hours and weekends, call 2-1-1 to be screened for MMHA emergency housing services.
