Eligibility
Serves residents of Medina County who are experiencing homelessness or are at risk of being homeless within the next 14 days.
Required documents
No documentation needed for referral to MMHA. Documentation may be requested as needed by MMHA.
Hours
Monday - Friday: 9:00am to 4:00pm.
If an individual calls after MMHA's business hours, a 2-1-1 agent will screen the individual for emergency services. The client will be contacted the same day by a MMHA staff member.

- Call Medina Metropolitan Housing Authority (MMHA), option 2, Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 4:00pm to be screened for assistance.
- After hours and weekends, call 2-1-1 to be screened for MMHA emergency housing services.
