Serves Darke County. Must meet federally established limits for family income, according to the guidelines of the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). For persons convicted of a felony, must be at least three years after being convicted, and other eligibility criteria may apply.
Application with Declaration of Citizenship form, Social Security cards for all family members, photo ID, birth certificates for all family members, military discharge form DD214 (if applicable).

After application is submitted with all required documents, family is placed on bottom of waiting list and will be notified by mail when space is available. There is an annual renewal required to update paperwork and stay on list.

Serves as the Community Action Agency for Darke County and an application site for the Ohio Department of Development's seasonal energy programs (Emergency HEAP, Summer Crisis Program, and PIPP Plus). Purpose is to alleviate the effects and causes of poverty through a variety of programs that serve low-income families, children, and older adults.
