Family and friends of a loved one living with mental illness. This group is intended for family members, friends, and caretakers over 18. No childcare is provided.

First, second, and third Mon in person from 7pm-8:30pm. Fourth Mon is virtual only. Group is cancelled on holidays. Please email [email protected] for Zoom link for fourth Mon virtual group.
