The Path Center, which is a program of NOCAC that houses all homeless programs, is open Monday - Friday 8am- 4:30 pm.

Provides emergency shelter assistance for people who cannot go to other emergency shelters. Coordinated Entry Access Point into other homeless programs such as Homeless Prevention, Rapid Rehousing, and Permanent Supportive Housing. Soup Kitchen provides hot lunch Monday- Friday 12-1pm. Transportation available within Defiance City limits.
