Reports can be made by calling 3-1-1 from within City of Cincinnati limits or (513) 765-1212 from outside of city limits. Requests can also be made online or through the 311Cincy app.

Accepts complaints of unhealthy or unsafe living conditions. Responds to reports of improper facility maintenance of appliances and essential services such as heat, water, ventilation, plumbing, structural integrity, etc. Also responds to reports of pest infestations, mold, and other potential health hazards. Reports may require an in-person building health inspection.
