Anyone can refer to OOD via in writing, walk-in or telephone. On-line referrals/applications available through our website at OOD.Ohio.gov

None, but consumer is asked to contribute to plan to extent he/she is able.
Eligibility
Presence of a physical or mental impairment which causes a barrier to employment. Individual can benefit in terms of an employment outcome from vocational rehab services. Individual require vocational rehabilitation services to prepare, secure, retain or regain employment.
