Provides a national network of mental health professional volunteers who have agreed to provide an hour a week of free mental health counseling. Availability may vary by area, but counseling can be for: anxiety, depression, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, sexual health and intimacy concerns, bereavement counseling, brain injuries, child and adolescent counseling, critical incident stress debriefing, divorce, family issues, gambling addiction, gay/lesbian/bisexual/transgender issues, general counseling, marriage counseling, parent education, pastoral counseling, postpartum counseling, sexual assault counseling, sexual/love addiction counseling, substance use disorder counseling.

Provides free mental health services to active duty service members, National Guard and Reserve forces, and veterans who have separated or retired from any branch of military service. Also serves family members and loved ones of those who have served in the military
