Chica Sports & Fitness (CS&F) is a summer wellness and leadership development program designed for girls ages 12-18. Through wellness exploration, organized sports, and life-skills development activities, adolescent girls are equipped with the skills they need to lead healthy lives, plan for the future, and become leaders in their schools and communities. CS&F runs from May-August with various service dates and times.

Applications are open throughout the summer.
Fee
CS&F day camp for middle school girls has associated fees. Community mini-clinics and overnight CS&F camp is provided at no cost, with limited spaces available.
