Aged 55 and older are eligible for this housing. Must meet income requirements set by agency. Those in danger of losing their section 8 vouchers or of being immediately evicted or homeless would NOT be good referrals to this service. Those who have been evicted in the past three years are not eligible. Those who have had a felony in the past 5 years are not eligible.
Documents will be explained at time of application review. Proof of income will be required.
