Anyone needing mental health services. Medication is not available at CSSMV but can be referred to local community providers.
Required documents
Intake packet to be completed to initiate services. Insurance card needed for billing for services.

Mon., Wed., and Fri. 8:30am - 5:00pm
Tues. and Thurs. 8:30am - 7:00pm.
Additional evening hours based on therapist availability.
