Eligibility
Open to caregivers who reside in Hamilton, Butler, Clermont, Warren and Clinton Counties who meet at least one of the following criteria:
- Are age 60 or older
- Provide care to someone who is age 60 or older
- Provide care to a family member with Alzheimer's disease or related disorder(s)
