Eligibility
All Summit County residents age 18 and older are eligible to attend once every two (2) weeks. If returning used syringes, please ensure they are secured and safely transported in a sharps container, hard plastic, or metal container with a securely fastened lid.

- Monday: Noon to 3:00pm and Wednesday: 3:00pm to 6:00pm at the 1400 South Arlington Street location. Enter through the rear of the building.
- Friday: Noon to 3:00pm at the 1867 West Market Street location, Building A.

Provides an anonymous, safe needle exchange for those individuals with substance use disorder issues. Accepts used needles that are secured and safely transported in exchange for new needles. Provides access to HIV (human immunodeficiency virus) and Hepatitis C testing, naloxone, and referrals to treatment (if requested).
