Eligibility
Serves residents age eight (8) and over of Medina, Lorain, Summit, and Cuyahoga Counties with a physical or developmental disability.
Required documents
  • Proof of income.
  • Proof of disability.
  • Completed application (found online).
  • Parental release form.
  • Medical Information.
  • ISP.
  • Additional application if participating in riding therapy.
Hours
  • Camp will held 11:00am to 4:00pm daily early June through early August. Contact the agency for updated times and dates.
  • Held at Medina Creative Therapy Ranch Lodge and Treehouse located at 5200 Lakes Road in Medina.

  • Registration period is generally early February through early May.
  • Call the office at extension 7000 for an application or more information.
Fees
  • Weekly deposit required.
  • Fixed fee.
  • Accepts private insurance and private pay.
  • Accepts IO Waiver, Level 1 Waiver, Supported Living, Extended School Year (ESY), Family Resources, and other funding resources are available to cover the cost of camp.
  • Check with the Service and Support Administrator at your local County Board of Developmental Disabilities to see if you qualify.
  • Scholarships based on financial need may be available.
