The Delaware City prosecutor is responsible for prosecuting all adult misdemeanor and traffic charges filed in Delaware County. The office offers victim of crime services and has a victim/witness assistant on call. Also participates in the Delaware County Coalition of Victim Services which works toward implementing programming that educates the public regarding issues relevant to victims/survivors of crime.
