- Must meet certain income requirements to determine sliding scale fee.

- Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday: 8:00am to 4:30pm.
- Tuesday: 8:00am to 7:00pm.
- Friday: 8:00am to 2:00pm.
- Closed federal holidays.
NOTE: Emergency walk-in hours may be available.
