YOUTH RESPONSIBILITY PROJECT | LICKING COUNTY COURT OF COMMON PLEAS
Community Service: the YRP provides Court-involved youth of Licking County the opportunity to participate in community services work to provide the youth a viable opportunity to give back to the community, develop new skills and build quality relationships with adults in the community. Restitution: Juvenile offenders may be ordered to provide restitution to a specific victim for any out-of-pocket losses the victim may have incurred. Youth without financial resources may be assigned hours through community service, which are computed in monetary value and paid to the victim.
