Early Head Start Program | Lancaster Fairfield Community Action

A federally-funded child development and family support program that provides early education, health, mental health, nutrition and social services for low-income pregnant individuals and families with children from birth to age 3. Provides coordinated care with weekly home visits, a Family Partnership Coordinator, and a Health and Nutrition Coordinator. Services may include nutrition, early education lessons inside your home, parent education and parent-child activities, and complete health and mental health services.
