Applications may be started online. After submission, applicants will be contacted by telephone to complete the remaining steps of the enrollment process.

Eligibility

Open to children that are or will be ages 3 or 4 by August 1st of the upcoming school year. Participants must have a household income up to or less than 100% of the federal poverty guidelines. Children experiencing homelessness, children in foster care, and families who receive public assistance (TANF or SSI) are always eligible to enroll regardless of income.
